Senior Engineer in Business Management and Organization. We don't know how she does it, but she always manages to handle everything! She cares about everyone's well-being and ensuring that everything goes perfectly. Her passions: her three children, doing a good job, and the Great Kingdom of the Mallos!!!
Administrative. Customer service and head of administration. The engine that keeps everything running: management, coordination, and a thousand other things that make each day at UR run like clockwork. She’s the brain behind the machine… though she might suddenly drop a joke that leaves you in tears (from laughing, of course). Serious when needed, brilliant always, with a sense of humor as sharp as it is unexpected. Without her, the river would still flow… but much worse.
Administrative, customer service and booking management. Graduate in Hispanic-American and Spanish Language, Literature and Civilization, master’s degree included. French by birth, but in love with the Pyrenees — and she never left. Speaks Spanish better (and with more charm) than many natives, always with a cheeky smile and ready to help in French, English, or Spanish. Now, if you ask her for an Oxford accent… better bring patience. But kindness and efficiency? She nails those in every language!
Our photographer will ensure that you forever remember the excitement and adventure experienced with us through her fantastic photographic reports. Nominated, among others, for the Goya Awards in national professional photography and video, her photos will captivate you. www.rebecacardenasfotografia.es

He makes the best Argentine barbecues, and his mane is envy-inducing!
Whitewater Guide, trained in Brazil and Europe, specialist in kayaking and in making you feel safe from the very first minute. Carioca at heart and river soul, he arrived from Brazil with a paddle in one hand and a smile in the other. He's pure flow: calm, attentive, and with that good vibe that only comes from river after river (and samba after samba). When he’s not guiding, he might be fixing a bike, flying a helicopter (or driving his taxi), or leading you through the mountains as if they were his backyard. Helping others is in his blood…
Intermediate and Advanced Level Sports Technician in physical and sports activities. Whitewater sports instructor with IRF Class 3, Rescue SRT and Advanced certifications. He's local (from Huesca), and even though he's one of the youngest on the team, we call him Puma. He has a personal mission: to tell you a joke every day, even if it’s terrible (and it will be). But between jokes, nothing gets past him — and he’ll make you feel at home from the very first minute.
Mountain and kayak sports technician. Whitewater and canyoning guide. Safety Kayak Class 3, IRF Class 3, professional canyoning certificate and Rescue training. We call him Tiger — not just for the nickname, but because he truly has the strength, energy and spirit of one. No canyon is too tough, no river too strong. He’s always ready for one more descent (even if you’ve already done three), and somehow still makes it fun, safe and perfectly paced.
Sports technician in kayaking and whitewater guiding. Certified IRF 3 and Rescue. Holds an intermediate-level diploma in low and mid-mountain activities, and is a certified water rescue lifeguard. She’s the youngest on the team — and an unstoppable adventurer. She learns at the speed of light, gets deeply involved, and is the best companion for family trips (and not-so-family ones too), making every descent full of fun and safety. Tough on the outside, soft on the inside: a candy with a helmet.
Sports technician with a medium degree in physical and sports activities. Whitewater monitor, Canyoning Guide. IRF certification. Rescue3 Advanced Swiftwater Rescue Technician (SRT) Level 1 and Level 2. Accompanying guide for mid-mountain and Canyoning Guide. Snowboard TD1. A great enthusiast of sports in nature, he will guide you with joy, patience, and passion in any water or non-water activity."
Technical in Physical and Sports Activities in the Natural Environment. Recreational whitewater guide. Sports technician in whitewater canoeing, SRT Instructor, Canyoning Guide, mountain qualification. A big fan of mountain running and good food. Friend to all and highly professional, he's sure to make you laugh more than once because he's an expert at joking around.
Whitewater Guide TD2. This Navarrese lives his life in his camper van with his enormous dog. His flowing mane might make you envious, and his smile will accompany you throughout the descent. He'll be with you every step of the way to ensure you enjoy the river to the fullest.
