The Open Kayak is one of the most authentic ways to feel the Aragonese Pyrenees. At the level of the water, with the current marking the rhythm, you will live the emotion of navigating the Gállego river between Wild landscapes, fresh air and energy that only gives the mountain.
This experience, designed for active people From 14–15 years, combines adventure, nature and disconnection, all under the guidance and safety of the Ur Pyrenees team.
The day begins at our Murillo de Gállego facilities, where the care team will receive you and explain the development of the activity. There we will give you all the technical material — neoprene, vest, helmet and shovel — and you can comfortably change in the locker room. Once equipped, you will leave your belongings and get on the company vehicle that will take you to the boarding point, located about six kilometers upstream, in GOOD.
At the pier, the guide will review the basic notions about paleo safety and technique, making sure you feel confident before starting the descent. And there the adventure begins: the river makes its way between the mountains of the Aragonese Pre-Pyrenees, with the views majestic of the Riglos Mallos Dominating the horizon. the section of some seven kilometers It offers a perfect mix between quiet and fast fun areas, ideal for those looking for action without losing contact with nature.
During the tour, the guide accompanies and supervises at all times, helping to maintain the rhythm of the group and ensuring that you enjoy the experience with total peace of mind. The famous rapid of the funnel, too technical for this modality, is avoided for safety by carrying the kayak a few meters along a path next to the channel. Then, the descent towards the final part of the route is resumed, where the river flows more calmly and allows you to savor the last minutes of adventure.
The journey ends in Murillo de Gallego beach, a perfect natural environment to stop to look back and enjoy the views. From there, a team vehicle picks up the group to return to the base, where you will find showers, changing rooms and a quiet space to change and rest. It is not essential, although it helps to have rowed before. Our guides will teach you the basic techniques to control the kayak before starting the descent.
The individual kayak offers more independence and control; The double is ideal for sharing the experience and maintaining a joint rhythm. Both are stable and safe.

The schedules of the activities are established to guarantee the good development of the activity, the space in the locker rooms and the safety during the activity. Therefore, the client must present himself at the indicated place, date and time.
