The Gymkhana aquatic for adults on the Gállego river is uA physical and stimulating experience, inspired by aquatic rescue training. Discover the strength of the river and the satisfaction of moving forward with your own body, always accompanied by expert guides.
It all starts at our Murillo de Gállego activity base, where the Ur Pyrenees team welcomes you. There we explain the organization of the day and you receive the necessary technical material: integral neoprene suit, helmet and flotation vest. In the changing rooms you equip yourself calmly, we check that everything fits perfectly and we solve any doubts before leaving for the river. Once ready, we get into the company’s vehicle and head to the starting point: the Paso de Olas, a section of the Gállego River that marks the beginning of an intense and very special journey.
Upon arrival, the guide makes a Technical and security talk: Basic floating positions, how to orient yourself with the current, how to move between waves and what to do if you enter a fast. It is not a simple explanation; It is part of the experience. You will learn what rescue teams train in their courses, but adapted to the adventure format.
The descent begins with the first meters of living water. The feeling of floating and letting yourself be carried away by the river is immediate: Pure adrenaline and total freedom. As you go, you will cross Level II-III fast, always accompanied by the guide, who gives you instructions in real time. It is not only about resisting the thrust of the water, but about learning to read it, control it and enjoy it.
The journey, of Approximately 1h30 – 2h00 In the water, it ends at the Mallos Pass, where our vehicle is waiting for you to return to the base. There you can shower, change and share with the group the feeling of having overcome a real physical challenge.

You don’t need previous experience, but you do need a good physical shape and know how to swim. The activity is designed for adults with a desire to live an intense experience, different from the usual water activities.
The total duration is 2h30 – 3h00, with between 1h30 and 2h00 inside the water.
We provide full neoprene, helmet and vest. You only have to bring a swimsuit, towel and footwear that is well attached to the foot (sports or trekking shoes, not flip flops).
Yes, it is essential. The tour is done by swimming between currents and soft rapids, so it is necessary to feel comfortable in the water.
The schedules of the activities are established to guarantee the good development of the activity, the space in the locker rooms and the safety during the activity. Therefore, the client must present himself at the indicated place, date and time. In case of non-presentation u delay in the schedule will entail the cancellation of the activity without option to return as provided in the contracting conditions.
