The client must report on physical conditions (people with disabilities, pregnant women, with cardiovascular problems…) and agrees not to be under the influence of substances that alter the ability to react. For water activities, knowing how to swim is essential. The minimum ages and specific conditions are on each activity sheet; Minors need authorization from their parents or legal guardians. In any case, and especially for advanced level activities, UR RAFTING SL will be able to choose to carry out a preliminary test.
By participating, the client assumes the risks of the activities, as well as the necessary physical and technical requirements. UR RAFTING SL reserves the right of admission. The client must follow the instructions of the guides, respect the environment and other users, otherwise UR RAFTING SL may exclude it without refund.
If the client represents a group, they must inform them of these conditions and the consent.
contracting conditions
Active tourism activities
UR RAFTING SL is solely committed to the contracted activity, being the responsibility of the client to reach the facilities or to the place of start of the activity, where appropriate. Prices include the necessary material, both individual and collective, and VAT. Each technical sheet details the specific equipment. UR Rafting SL is registered as an active tourism company in Aragón, with the number TA-Z-13.
Related travel services
External services (accommodation, transportation, etc.) are billed separately according to the travel agency regime. UR RAFTING SL is registered as a travel agency in Aragón with the number CAA-321.
advances
To reserve, the customer must pay 25% of the total amount and the remaining balance is paid in our base before starting the first activity. For groups of more than 15 people, the amount of the advance payment is 50% of the total and the remaining balance will be paid by bank transfer a few days before the group’s arrival. Some programs may require a different advance, indicated in their particular conditions.

The cancellation of the contracted service carries a penalty of 15% of the total amount of the reservation, for management expenses. And also:

INSURANCE
In the price of programs and activities, first assistance insurance with coverage in cases of accident is included.. accident insurance: Policy No. 0114628 contracted with the l’Asseguradora Mútua Terrassa insurance company. Likewise, UR RAFTING SL has the corresponding civil liability policy before third parties, provided with the coverage and amounts required by the regulatory decrees of the sector.. Liability insurance: Policy No. 120061001 contracted with the insurance company W.R Barkley Europe AG, branch in Spain. The complete information on the conditions and coverage of the insurance is available to customers in the activity center and will be sent by email to the one who requests it.
